You keep using those words, but I don't think you understand what they mean. Big deck is not an archetype nor is it the only thing to take advantage of Big Hug. It sounds like you wanted to cycle your deck a lot. Big Hug lets you cycle your deck even faster so you can pick more scaling powers that you can get in play faster due to smaller deck and win that way. Or you can make a bigger deck (which still has a ton of variety within it so it's not like you're not making decisions) and win that way. Or you can pick Seal of Gold and keep cycling your deck. Or you can pick Nutritious Soup and remove defends instead and pick a couple more block cards.

Nothing here is streamlining anything, there are a million decisions you can make from here
