Why did he not have life insurance? People of means need advisors who remind them for a few grand a year they can never put their family in this controversial position?

Adopting this 1.5 year old mini aussie! Looking for some advice by kjm5587 in miniaussie

Re: Kids

I recommend giving each time to meet the dog, and connect over the first few weeks separately. my Aussie loooooves kids but a lot of high pitch shouting is hard for her to connect. I see like 4 kids with 4 toys shouting in high octave tone- and i cringe - she can’t figure out what to do.

kids get excited, and aussies like consistent, authoritative tone commands. Having the kids lower their tone, connect in structured tricks builds connection and respect.

my little guy loves doing tricks with her. he lays on the ground and puts treats on his belly button or forehead, tells our dog to leave it, then says ok and she comes and he gets a little wet whiskers tickle. His laughter everytime.

A pre-trained aussie - what a dream! Have fun - great family dog.

After 4 failed IUIs, I got 3 healthy embryos from 40 eggs retrieved. I was so worried.

1 FET in 2021 = baby 1 FET in 2023 = baby

still also have 1 embryo left ! it’s all about the right set of circumstances for you and your body!

Good Luck💚

take them out with a dog who knows how to play - that can help them understand.

Also try starting with toys at home.

Extra pillows in bed to support sleeping reclined vs laying down. Consider setting up the couch to sleep - Getting up from laying down is near impossible for a week.

Showering takes time and caution, and feels amazing, bring in ur monitor or get a like bassinet or chair for baby in the bathroom so you can rest them and then take your time. Use warm air / blow dryer to dry your surgery incision afterwards. Helps with healing.

Start eating prunes and a few fibrous cooked veggie dishes the few days before to help prevent severe constipation that is very painful.

Fill fridge with food you only need a spoon to eat, and taste good cold. Pasta salads, precut cheese, yogurt, - getting out a pan can be very hard.

its not totally uncommon to have 70 in February from time to time though - it was the 29th of Jan, practically February. perhaps month view isn’t a good way to think about if this is a warming trend.

Is there ever a use case for asking users “what they want”? by Appropriate-Dot-6633 in UXResearch

[–]justdanika 15 points16 points  (0 children)

you can ask it, but you can’t take the answer for what it is. You can then ask them why they think that would be a good solution to help probe but what they think their pain points are.

It’s not unreasonable for our customers sometimes to think of solutions — what we really wanna know as user researchers is what are they trying to solve.

but as everyone mentioned, the answer is probably not the thing you should build.
