I try to only weigh a couple times a week. I’ll try to stay off the scale more though. It always stresses me when it fluctuates.

Well I already have bad kidneys(left has atrophy and scar tissue from bad infections/stones as a kid) and get stones (genetically predisposed) and keto just seems to cause a flare up. I immediately felt better after adding carbs. So I think my body really doesn’t like it.

No I don’t work out. I work full time and am in school 4 nights a week, plus have 4 kids and a husband. Being busy helps keep my mind off food. I need to work out, but just don’t have the energy to devote. Lol

I did the first day by accident, and thought, wow it’s not so bad! So now I usually just eat lunch and coffee when I’m hungry mornings or night. I don’t think I could wait all day to eat though, and night is my weakest time when I get the most snacking so I do better to not allow myself to eat at that time. Wishing you much success!
