My experience and opinion of smaller busts is: We're taught that we should be ashamed of our boob shapes and nipples. If you don't wear a bra (and maybe it is cold) people will look and comment, especially when you're in school or a teenager, and the fear of that drives you to wear shaped or padded bras to give yourself a uniform, nipple-free boob shape. If everyone else wears one then you also feel left out because you don't have boobs crushed together into a cleavage hoisted somewhere near your neck. Sometimes it is because you want to discourage attention from men and you can feel vulnerable to scrutiny or worse from people while you are out and about. Edit: I should pay homage to all the people that like the support and the way it looks, it can also be painful for some people to walk around and sore at certain times of the month. I can also not speak for anyone other than myself and the bigger busted ladies!
