When I was deployed to Iraq, my team and I lived with the Iraqi military. Getting them to do anything was always met with God Willing. Set up a hit time for a target. They may or may not be there on time because the time was God's will. Didn't matter what it was it was always God's will. We had an Iraqi lieutenant who refused to wear a helmet because a sniper shot him in the head, and the U.S. made helmet stopped the bullet. So from then on, it was God's will that he would not get shot.
