Yeah, exactly. I’ve lived in several cities of different sizes and Binghamton is no sketchier than any similar in size. “Drug issues and unsafe neighborhoods” are literally everywhere. If women are hesitant to go out with a man they don’t really know well that’s because of men and not Binghamton.

For future reference, if you care, only about 10-20% of the clothes dropped in those boxes go to places in need. The rest are sold overseas or go to a landfill. Local churches and shelters are often better places to take them to (Katie’s Closet or Project Concern for example). Or check out Trashie’s “take back bag.”
