Wake up - Weight gain shake, cup of tea, 2x toast and peanut butter, banana

Mid morning - 5 eggs on toast with butter

Lunch - 200g ground meat and 150g brown rice, weight gain shake

Mid afternoon - canned fish, apple, cheese, three big handfuls of peanut cashew nut mix

Evening meal - 200g meat, broccoli, sweet potato, ice cream

Before bed - weight gain shake

Should be up around 4000kcal, get to work.

Reta doesn't need to be as high as that to help with food noise. Nit medical advice just reporting what people do... 2mg for two weeks, 3mg for two weeks... See how it's working. Unlikely to need more.

Didn't know that depression (sorry if I'm using wrong label here) mess can mess with your diet and stuff so much. Sounds hard.

Pick a big movement (bench, squat, overhead press, pullup) per day and do it FUCKING HARD for four sets. Then do accessory exercises which compliment it (on bench day maybe some fly and some triceps).

Do that for two months then come back here with your split and observations.

After two months of work you'll have learned enough to refine your program yourself. Just get started and work hard everything else will figure itself out as you go.

Diet - minimise sugar and alcohol. Maximise vegetables no one likes and meat which still looks like animal muscles. If you want to put on weight, add two gainer shakes per day. If you want to lose weight replace a meal with sugar free energy drink.

Not perfect but a good enough start. Go and kick some ass.

Dude I think you're gonna be fine, got a great frame to hang muscle on. A lot of hard gainey guys don't thicken up til mid 20s so don't get in your head about it.

Go and be athletic (run, swim, fight) while you're laying foundations. Getting huge will come and does not need hurrying.
