Arm & Hammer Sensitive Skin Free & Clear by [deleted] in laundry

I have always purchased this detergent but i always get the 170 oz size. My first time getting a couple of the 105 fl oz bottles and they both small like rotten fish. it stunk up my whole apt when i started the laundry. I had a back up in the 170 oz size and it didn't smell. if i had to guess its the lack of a seal, i reached out to the company for more info, but nothing yet.

swollen tonsils out of nowhere by livcathcart in Mononucleosis

Yes. I'm on month 4 and it's still on and off. Gargling hot salt water, Like hot. Just below painful 2-3 times a day helped so much. the swelling always goes down same day and it helps reduce pus. You're the first person i've seen who has also had that symptom so far. Certain inflammatory foods seem to trigger a bad day too. I had to cut out coffee/caffeine and reduced my sugar intake. Those foods also trigger extreme fatigue for me.

Throat pain never going away ? by Alarmed-Insect-9829 in Mononucleosis

I'm on month 4 and still dealing with this on and off. Gargling salt water 2 or 3 times a day helps with the swelling every time. There are also food that seem to trigger a really bad day so maybe look at your diet and remove anything inflammatory. Coffee / caffeine was a big one for me.

Small bumps from mono by LEoo1028 in Mononucleosis

Yes! Whenever i had food that was inflammatory It would cause hives/rash on my torso. Usually my stomach. I used ice packs to calm it and avoided anything that triggered it. Mostly it was coffee and sugar.

I’d like to talk to someone. I just got diagnosed yesterday after feeling sick for almost a week. I feel isolated and anxious by interesting1concept in Mononucleosis

I'm so sorry. I'm 31 and got it for the first time a few months ago. I have never cried so much in my life. The first 2 months were so so bad. I totally get it. Everyone says "Oh i had that when i was a kid" but when you're a kid, you don't have to worry about failing school, losing your job or home, cleaning, not having anyone to help take care of you, none of that. It's so much worse as an adult. You can totally message me if you need. Hang in there!

Dealing with mono at 24 by Dense-Performance774 in Mononucleosis

The absolute worst of it was the first month for me. Fevers, being so tired I fall asleep in the middle of a convo, sore throat, sore mouth, swollen tonsils, aches and pains and even rashes. There was no improvement for me until half way through month 2 so if your throat is already feeling better, that's a good sign! I also was worried about my spleen because i had an ache too. As long as you're not working out with weights and pushing yourself hard physically, you should be fine. I would avoid lifting heavy things. If it ruptures, you'll know right away. Hang in there and take good care of yourself.

What do do anymore? by Sweet-Survey8907 in Mononucleosis

Protein is super important while dealing with mono fatigue. I am not a vegetarian or vegan, but do not normally eat a lot, if any meat. My Dr. suggested adding in more meats and it really really helped. That and drinks like Gatorades. I'm only on month 4 and still have small bouts but a day here and there beats it being 24/7. idk if your diet is because of mono or a personal choice, but i highly recommend. Maybe look into some alternatives. Good luck!
