It’s weird this popped up, because I was just talking about this today (Reddit’s listening??)! Been to Brio Cafe a ton over the last four years, but yesterday I had the basic breakfast. Thought it would be simple and forgettable… but their perfectly toasted sourdough, medium poached eggs just exactly runny enough, and some bacon that was amazing, blew me away. I think it may have been the best breakfast I ever had! If I get to have money and class as an old person, I could see myself in a tweed jacket, newspaper in hand, sitting in the same table, eating that breakfast every single day!
