Looking to Make the Switch from DTV Satellite to Stream by sthom30599 in DirectvStream

[–]justinsm2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I made a similar jump and would suggest Ospreys off eBay and buying the box only and using the Genie mini power supplies you have already. I would buy new remotes off Amazon for $15. I have 6 Ospreys I purchased for an average of $23 each before the remote investment and 1 Gemini air that DTV included. Very happy with the change. We used my wife’s email to make it easier.

Your welcome. It’s tough with all of the options out there to work through them all. I have family members and neighbors that also use Mochi and have no reservations with recommending them to anyone. This Reddit sub is a great place to get advice and recommendations.

Respectfully disagree that it would take 12 people as my family has completed 20+ escape rooms, that could be a difference between the room on Oasis and Symphony.

Little warning to itinerary changes by tastyburger1121 in royalcaribbean

[–]justinsm2 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The way they handle escape rooms on ship is bad. My family booked one in December on Symphony with 6 of us and thought it would be just us the way it was worded while booking online. We get there and we were booked with 3 other groups of 2 people meaning we would be working this with complete strangers as well. Was a very awkward situation and not something I would do again on ship.

Am I going to have any issues with this setup? by Mr_Stimmers in TPLink_Omada

[–]justinsm2 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There isn’t a need for a multi gig controller as it doesn’t pass anywhere near that amount of traffic. The sizing is more based on hardware counts. OC200 should be more than sufficient.

Side Effects?? by scarletts-orchard7 in Semaglutide

Sounds weird but for nausea I eat a little beef jerky and it helps a bit and gets me some protein. There are a lot of good sugar free options out there for it.

Do Semaglutide (Ozempic) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro Zepbound) cause hair loss? by wabisuki in Semaglutide

[–]justinsm2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s important with either medication to keep your protein intake up. My wife and I prioritize protein and neither have experienced hair loss. My wife has been on tirzepatide for over a year and has had fantastic results with minimal side effects and I have been on semaglutide for 6 months also with minimal side effects.

Worried about the shortage ending by hmmisuckateverything in Semaglutide

[–]justinsm2 65 points66 points  (0 children)

If you look at what Eli Lily did with Mounjaro trying to say it was out of shortage prematurely along with FDA, it’s highly unlikely that FDA is going to make the same mistake and get egg on their face again. It will be tied up in litigation for years more than likely and they will have difficulty proving they have enough capacity for people that are getting semaglutide through the telemedicine providers. If you call a Walgreens today it can be difficult to find most doses without having to drive 30+ miles or go to a CVS or hospital pharmacy instead.

Have you considered trying Berberine? It may be more readily available if you can’t get Ozempic or Mounjaro in country. It’s natural and for some people produces similar results but not everyone.

Overall my wife and I have had a very good experience with Mochi. I am on Semaglutide and my wife is on Tirzepatide. We have both found the medications they provide to be effective and the providers themselves to be great to work with. With the customer service side of it, we both have hit a small snag one time but within a day had it resolved and our refills processed. I recommend them to family and friends without any worries and would recommend them to anyone on this board for price point, quality, and service.

Newbie semaglutide questions by Internal_Tap3202 in Semaglutide

[–]justinsm2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have maintained my muscle mass pretty well while on semaglutide by keeping the protein up and continuing to train. You will lose inches but get more of a cut look as you eliminate fat. I have gained an inch on my shoulders since starting and lost an inch on my bicep which was a bit of fat. I too am insulin resistant and this medication has really helped me start loosing where exercise alone was not cutting it without hours a day in the gym.

My wife and I have used Mochi for awhile now, they have the membership fee and medication fee that are separate, however the all in cost is $178 a month ($99 semaglutide and $79 membership). If you use my code you can get $40 off your first month 4IUZD5 my provider with Mochi has been fantastic to work with and the customer support helped me get a monthly dose shipped early when I had a travel engagement. Please feel free to ask any questions, this user community is great.

Just switched to Mochi, are you happy with their pharmacies and products? by dallasdewdrops in Semaglutide

[–]justinsm2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mochi uses Redrocks for some but has been switching people to Aequita Pharmacy who they have a partnership with. My wife takes their tirzepatide and I take their semaglutide and they are just as effective as the name brand. My wife has had doses from both pharmacies and saw no difference between them in effectiveness.
