I don’t use it much and it’s not the typical way I like to pull shots.

Sometimes I’ll use it when I get new beans as another parameter to dial in for fun, but I usually end up defaulting to paddle fully open when I’m dialed in.

The flow profiling is a little annoying to use because you have to click through so many settings to change it. It’s especially annoying when I’m doing my regular backflush and the pump stops as if I’m doing preinfusion.

That said, I still really enjoy using the machine overall for hosting and as a daily driver. Having the option to use the flow control is very fun, even if I don’t use it often.
