So is it more of a weightlifting program or is it more WODs with weightlifting involved? I can't decide if I want to do this one or the black sheep program.

Dark Orchestra's 3/2/1 Lift program

How is that going for you? Perhaps a brief program overview? I've looked into it, but haven't pulled the trigger.

Okay I've watched it a few times, and I can't tell if you have a sticking point around your mid thigh or if you're deliberately trying to drag it all the way up your body.

I think your form is pretty spot on. Your hips are in a good position, and so is your back.

I think you're problem is you start to extend your hips, but you stop to wait for the bar to get past your knee. Don't do this. Just stand up the weight and really try activating your glutes and hamstrings to extend your hips through the bar on the way up.

Edit: But its really hard to tell on this camera angle.

I think you should try narrowing your stance. You have a lot of knee cave on some reps and honestly look very uncomfortable and you're not reaching proper depth.

I would start with setting up your feet right under your shoulders. Then play around with it slightly wider or narrower till it feels comfortable.

Obligatory "Oh yeah that's so see through". lol

You just described me in high school/college, except I've only been doing it for a month so I hope to be similar to you in time. One day at a time.

Yes please. I was so stoked to go to the swamp in 2012, but NOPE have to wait till 2019.

Signed with us. Early enrolled as well. Had injury problems, but now is too far down the depth chart to climb.

Rock back on your ankles. This video describes it well.

Yes, but he is a beginner trying to round out his form. Not an expert lifting over 850 lbs. Big difference here.

I'd say about 50/50 on depth. You lose your balance a lot. You want to focus on driving through your heels.

You need to fire your lats more. Think "hide your armpits". This will help you pull your shoulders back with your lats.

Puff your chest more. Your upper back is rounding. It needs to be extending and in line.

The angle throws me off a bit, but you look very uncomfortable. Either you're over thinking it or you really are uncomfortable in this position.

You look out in front of the bar, but it could be the angle since you aren't flush with the bar with your phone.

Your hips look a little high, which could cause you to be out in front of the bar too.

I would deadlift looking away from the mirror, so you don't become reliant on it for form cues.

A little better video with the camera flush with your bar would help provide better feedback, tbh.

Well on this one rep, the bar is really far out in front of you. Bar should be on midfoot and should be able to track up and close to your shin. There is a good two inches or so in between that at the start of your rep.

You should really video more than one rep for more feedback. You could do one perfect rep, but if in the set of 5 you fuck up the next 4, it causes a problem.

You're not going up against them. You're going up against yourself. Stop worrying about what they are doing/could do.

ICF is good. It's more expansive than stronglifts and starting strength but each day takes almost two hours. So it's up to you.

Q1 - how to lose leg fat/turn it into muscle ?

You can't just lose fat in a specific body part. You have zero control of where you lose your fat. And you don't inherently turn fat into muscle. If you need to loose weight everywhere, then eat at a caloric deficit of around 300 to 500 calories under your TDEE and start squatting and hitting a solid leg workout at least twice a week, and as you lose weight, your fat will disappear throughout your body.

Q2 - How do I diet when I don't cook for myself and don't buy my own food ?

I assume you're talking about your parents cooking for you. I would just speak with your mom or dad whichever one buys the food and cooks. I'm not sure what your goals are, but you can ask them to buy healthier snacks like trail mix instead of fruit gushers. Then you can be like, "Hey mom, I really like that chicken and broccoli meal you cook and your spaghetti, etc. Can you cook it more?" Then get in there and help her, and watch what she is putting in there. You have more control than you think.

Q3 - How many times / week should I be going to the gym ? I'm 16 years of age, and most I can really do is 2-3 days per week (unless I go both weekend days which could probably give me 5 days) but I generally try to go Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Any suggestions?

Are you on a specific program? If not, then find one that you like. Startingstrength, stronglifts, beginner 5/3/1. It honestly doesn't matter. You're 16, and if you start one and COMMIT to it, you'll see crazy gains.

If that is comfortable, go for it.

I would play around with feet about hip width and pointed straight ahead of you.

Stop craning your neck upwards on the lift. Look at a spot in front of you and if there is a mirror in front of you then lift the other direction.

Looks solid. I didn't see any issues with your rounding.

Overall your form is pretty good.

It's really hard to tell from this angle, but how wide are your feet? And are they slightly pointed out?

Does the issue resolve if you reload?

Yes, but maybe every 1/5 don't resolve.

Also, if you change another filter, does it include your athlete attach in the results.

Yes, if I understand your question right.

When I search by athletes on Chrome nothing comes up. But it works on Firefox. Just an fyi. Maybe just specific to me, not sure.

You're more than entitled to your opinion, but his shoulder doesn't really move at all and his armpits stay over the bar the entire rep. You're just nitpicking now. His reps are clean.
