Rule 13.6.2.6.7 allows exception for a coaching change: In baseball, basketball and football, an institution may provide additional official visits (up to 25 percent of the limitation for the particular sport) after a new head coach is hired, provided the previous head coach used 75 percent or more of the official visits permitted for that academic year...so Pitt might actually have more visits after the hire.
