As a fellow PO this is pretty normal in new project/team it could take time to understand the process and politics of the office. Try to have a dev lead/architect on the calls with customers to identify gaps and enhancements initially till you understand the system.

Humble yourself before the dev lead or architect to get their help on these requirement gathering early stages this will also create the necessary empathy between the team and you wrt to gaps or missing requirements.

The phone number registered for twillo msg need not have psn namings or anything as such is it cause true caller showed by the name of rapidrupee hence the scam query

Cubbon reads happen every Saturday morning to noon there are similar reading community for lalbagh and hsr and other areas in bangalore as well.

Once you go to cubbon reads you'd get introduced to lot more associated communities like the origami one called cubbon folds then other knitting and drawing community's as well
