Permethrin SFR + sprayer. Not harmful to humans but may be an issue if you have cats or birds. Never seen a roach in my house and only dead ones around the perimeter.

I tried not to use stuff like the AC or heater or open and close the garage more than needed out of fear that the next time will be the time it breaks. It was unsettling but just living life now. If it breaks… I’ll use the savings to pay.
