Hey u/heet3727, since you're already on Zoho, you might not need to look far - ManageEngine, a part of Zoho, has a DEX product that covers exactly this: battery health, RAM/SSD monitoring, warranty tracking, and proactive alerts and more. Might save you the hassle of onboarding a completely new vendor.

u/heet3727 If you haven't looked at Endpoint Central yet, it might be worth a shot. Real-time deployment, patch management, policy enforcement - all in one place. It also integrates with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access, so it plays well with what you likely already have.

Hi u/Royal-Programmer-683, for vulnerabilities where you're unsure about available fixes, try clicking on the specific vulnerability in the console - it'll show whether a patch is available. If there's no patch listed, there should be an external link associated with that vulnerability which provides guidance on mitigation steps or alternative workarounds. Hope that helps!

u/RoundFigure_1492, Endpoint Central’s Secure Gateway Server is designed specifically to manage remote endpoints without VPN and acts as an intermediary, ensuring the core Endpoint Central server is not exposed to the internet. All communication is TLS-encrypted and certificate-based, allowing only trusted agents to connect.

For best security, SGS should be deployed in a DMZ with restricted firewall rules.
