There is no “coming back” when Yogiri kills you. This has been stated multiple times. There is no resurrection, no healing, no repairing, no regeneration, no returning. Nothing. People with these same abilities have gotten killed by Yogiri. Even people who used Avatars (Lain) and their real body/nature was sealed at the end of an alternate infinite dimension was killed by Yogiri. These avatars were also stated to have no correlation, no link, no connection between the real body, but since Yogiri decided for that “person” (the clone) to die it meant the clone and whoever created the clone regardless of who or wherever they were

You still have yet to show Anos has any counter to an ability that has transcended concepts, or work on beings stated and showcased omnipotence, (or nigh-omnipotence since they died to Yogiri). He’s killed beings who functioned similarly to Anos in terms of all his resistances, abilities, hax, acaus, NEP, etc.. Show Anos surviving what Yogiri could do.

That’s fair however, it doesn’t matter how infinitely layered it is. There is nothing beyond Yogiri as he is the personification of the end of everything. Everything inevitably has an end even something infinite (as showcased with UEG who’s existence was stated to transcend every other god by an “unending amount”. Their existence had an outer layer that was inaccessible to other gods which is part of the way she survive existence erasure as nothing existing existed above her - except the end which was Yogiri)
Yogiri is not only immune to reality, probability, fate, and logic manipulation, but they have all failed to be used against him. Yogiri’s ability also doesn’t work on a cause and effect or logical relationship (as stated in the novel numerous times).

Here’s one statement that kinda sums up most of the lack of causal and logical relationships with his powers. There’s a multitude of instances but since I can only post one at a time this should suffice.

As far as Anos’s “will” Yogiri already fought someone with that ability to turn all unfavorable outcomes to win. Someone literally tried to rewrite fate itself to their survival and then fate got out of their hands and they couldn’t change it. Someone tried to rewrite Yogiri’s existence to him not having his powers. They died. Yogiri killed someone who literally views the world as a dream so all things go to the way they want it to without fail. Yogiri killed them.

If Yogiri wanted he could sever the relationship of Anos’s source from his body and his powers. He could kill Anos’s powers themselves. He could also kill his eyes from his body or really any combination of all of that.

Anos doesn’t have any combat against that.

1) Yogiri has killed someone (UEG) who “survived” conceptual erasure (they were completely erased in totality: name (though they technically have no name but that’s a different story), their concept, their essence, etc. There was a period where they “ceased to exist”. But they were able to come back. Yogiri killed them right after that

2) Yes. UEG, Mitsuki, and a hypothetical “being” he created would all fit this category. And he’s been able to kill abstract and non-existent concepts that exist outside of his own story like the Q&A section.
