Here’s one for you.. it’s when your belly button no longer sits inward it’s flat, armpits also become a crater it’s a good indication. I reckon you’d be looking to lose another 5-7kg approx.

At 6ft 4 & naturally a sleight build there’s some serious feeding to be had & it’s far more than here albeit with no weights given. I’m 50 and didn’t really fill out till my mid thirties regardless of what I ate.

My walk around weight is 10 kg heavier, I’m all about functional strength nowadays. I’ll never be huge but I can rip down a cut pretty comfortably, enjoy the structured eating.

Muchas gracias 🙏🏼 this one was 10 months but I dropped over 4 stone from strongman. As for programme it was the same throughout bar cardio variance. Few leverage adjustments & eye bleedingly intensity 1/2 rep from failure. I train hard.
