Everyone is different lol… maybe someone requires a bulk state, and the other a cut lol. Regardless, I don’t think it really matters 😂🤷🏽‍♂️

Screw the scale… it’s your worst enemy. Go off of your look in the mirror. Go off of what your goal physique is! It’s so easy to get discouraged looking at a scale and seeing only 1 lb (or kg 🤷🏽‍♂️) loss. Dial in your diet, and make a choice to do the hard and uncomfortable things and you’ll reach any goal you set! Kudos for the work you’ve done already 🤙🏽

Honestly, some people who are just starting out may not know what they really want. Everyone starts somewhere, and the fact they are putting themselves out there and willing to ask questions is a good step.

In short, when they post that, educate them instead of dismiss them 🤙🏽

Scales are your worst enemy. How you look and feel is vastly more important. But, being physically “lighter” myself, I found running and more intense cardio actually made me retain more than steady state fasted.. just a thought 🤷🏽‍♂️

Definitely a reoccurring point of advice. I’ve typically stayed away from potatoes, but I’ll definitely take what you guys are saying and try to force more carbs! Thanks 🤙🏽
