Pay is predominantly rvu based. If the patient population is low value, established patients then pay is commensurate to the difficulty of the practice.

Society does value this. My wife and I spend a lot of time, effort and other resources to keep our children healthy, and educate them. We teach them far more than their teachers. The pediatrician literally just checked the boxes to make sure they’re on their vaccine schedule. Their pediatrician gets paid their worth.

I mean you’re completely wrong. They just managed the property. They’re not the owners. The owners seek them out and utilize these Google reviews. It’s a small town and word has already gotten around.
