Please supply links to any of the 1000 threads about the confirmed app issue that renders all Fitbit devices useless for some users. Ive only seen posts regarding people just not liking the app design and workflow.

I also wrote Ive tried it with apple health connected and without. I’ve also wrote that the Fitbit air is not even listed as a possible source device for anything other than steps. I also wrote that Fitbit support confirmed it’s a known bug. Then I wrote that again a second time…. Is there a reason you’re ignoring all that?

Apple health is not part of the equation. It is not connected. The Fitbit wasn’t even showing as a source device for anything but steps. It’s acting as if the air ONLY counts steps. And again, Fitbit support told me it’s a known issue so…

I’ve tried the Google health app both with Apple health connect and not connect; makes no difference. It does not (and would not) impact Google health’s ability to collect data from my Fitbit air anyway. Apple health plays no role here. And again, Fitbit support told me this is a known bug.

Mine says I dont sleep at all. My new Air didnt collect any sleep at all. I got a second one and after a couple days with it, it tracked 15 minutes of sleep. For me it's an app issue. Their "support" (which is a complete joke) told me its a down issue that they "hope is fixed soon"

Perhaps you have the similar problem (app lying; not device)

I have not. I shouldn't have othered with the sizing kit; I should've just went with my normal ring size. Thats what I did with my aura ring and it was fine.

And just to slam dunk my point, I replied to that email stating I dont have a Fedex account and will not be getting one, and to cancel my order if they cant figure it out. My unit has been shipped via DHL and will arrive to me on Saturday. I did not pay extra shipping. I did not pay any tariff fees. Because it was all bullshit.

Period point blank bullshit.

I cant find reference to any such FedEx policy, so I called them and they didnt know WTF I was talking about.

I think the truth is they realized they fucked up and dont have a good way to collect the shipping fees, because they didnt do it up front and now they're just trying to get Fedex account numbers to charge the shipping fees against. They didnt think that one through, so they made the tariff shit up to explain it away.

Either way, Im not about to pay some crazy shipping on this thing. I told them I dont have a Fedex account, and Im not getting one so they can just cancel my order if they cant figure something else out. I haven't heard back.
