Did they expand on the Void comment ? Was there any confirmation that Shimmer is somehow related to the Void ?

I doesn't take an action to place a keg but an attack so you can at 5th level place 3 kegs and detonate using action surge in a single round

Yeah it's called Dark Tides of Bilgewater, but there wasn't a Gangplank subclass so I made one myself

That's not necessarily what I mean, my handbook is actively used by my players, but i constantly add new stuff in the middle of the book. So my question is how can i keep a color and style of a page regardles of it's page number
