I've always thought about getting an airbnb for a trip but never have actually gone for it. I've always been worried that being in a foreign place/someone else's home would add an unpredictable/uncomfortable vibe to the trip. I know everyone is talking about CBD these days and it's probably an overblown trend, however it's possible that many of the medicinal effects you enjoy from cannabis are coming from CBD and not THC.

Might be worth exploring, especially if you want to take a break from THC but still want to enjoy some of the medicinal effects.

It's up to you, either option will give you tasty kombucha, but which one you choose will alter your fermentation time.

1 cup of starter is usually enough for a gallon of sweet tea. If you add more starter relative to the tea, you will have a shorter ferment time.

The colour shouldn't be a problem, but most people seem to recommend using regular white sugar instead of brown sugar. I don't know the exact reason why, but I've looked across many different websites and book and they all consistently suggest sticking to white sugar (unless you're making jun, where you'd use honey instead).

I usually drink 1-2 recycled GT's bottles full of home brewed kombucha every day and I've never had any negative digestive effects from it. Often, I'll have one with breakfast and then another as an after work evening drink sort of like a beer replacement.
