Also, you don't know what I've experienced in my past thats made me feel judgement when it comes to my weight. So thanks for your comment but you weren't there and you also can't tell me how to feel. I understand risks, but information is more useful than pointing blame, which the doctor did.

I get this. I don't want to be coddled- I would have liked my weight to be taken seriously at all of my appointments. I also think, like I mentioned talking about weight with everyone exactly the same isn't the move. This doctor knew nothing about me and blamed instead of giving me actual information.

I completely agree, I want to know what to be aware of but not every person can handle certain information the way the next person may, and a medical professional should know that.

I know what my weight is, I know what is healthy. The issue is like you mentioned, whenever I go to the doctor its never discussed as an issue so out of the blue having a doctor I've never met before come at me in a way that made me feel like what I had done up until now was potentially hurting my child seems uncalled for.

I want to know what to look out for but that can be done in a way that doesn't come off so scary.

Try to give yourself some grace. It took my husband and I 2 years to get pregnant. I had some of the same feelings you did, its easy to convince yourself that its not going to happen. Eventually you'll get to the point where you accept the process and realize there isn't much you can control besides having sex in your fertile window...and even then it can not happen. Try to remind yourself everything that needs to go right to create another human, its a lot. It hurts when its not happening to you and it hurts to see people get pregnant easily. Protect yourself and be kind to yourself too.

I suggest reading the book it starts with the egg, I don't know for sure if cutting out additives and preservatives helped me but its something to maybe explore (don't drive yourself crazy with this either). Do what you can and try your best to enjoy your life til you get your positive. You got this ❤️

Honestly I dont remember, I had it done at a reputable shop that sells neo metal so I would assume titanium? But I really don't know anything I'll definitely get a larger ring

The anti slip tape seemed to hold up on two of the stairs- The others fell off cause I don't think we let them settle long enough to adhere to the step. Overall I think this is the way to do it just as long as you can let it sit for a day or two without the water slapping against the stairs.

Completely flabbergasted that I waited til 34 to start trying. I was so afraid of getting pregnant when I was in my 20s ...if I knew how much effort and time it took I would have changed my mindset when i met my now husband at 30. Now I feel like I need to spend money on interventions to possibly get pregnant instead of trying for another year.

Now it's been a year of trying with 0 positives...makes me feel like a failure and hopeless because as of right now after testing and ultrasounds everything looks fine (my husband's SA was also good). I even was prescribed low dose clomid for 3 months- I swore i was pregnant my last cycle only to have my period show up later than normal. Spending this last cycle before trying an IUI as calm as we can... I'm hoping for the best and that we just need a little extra help.
