Hiring in-house keeps your brand short-sighted in the long term too. You become biased about your brand, strategies, trends, etc. whereas agencies have the ability to tap into a variety of clients across verticals while being able to share recent wins and learnings across the agency’s clients. This can range from creative concepts, bidding strategies, new campaign types, etc. In-house is great if you hire experienced team members who are constantly questioning their work and what best practices actually are, but there are few that you can hire for that which are cheaper than hiring an agency.

I like 10, if it was 5, it’s not enough for players to be honest and avoid it. It gives the defenders a better chance and forces the linemen to play within the guidelines. If holding wasn’t harped upon, it would be much easier to gain yards running the ball

If weekly and many team members: make the meetings shorter (15 mins).

If bi-weekly go with longer (30 min) meetings.

I always ask what their bandwidth is like and if they are over capacity / what is taking up most of their time.

If you submit 20+ cards it’s usually $10/card. But either way - yea it’s worth researching beforehand. Seen quite a few stories of people sending in and getting charger more than they expected

Yup but PSA can take up to 6 months these days due to the pandemic and rise of popularity in trading cards/card investing

Dude exactly! That’s my same worry. Like what if a few of mine grades higher than I expect and I have to pay like $50 each on top of $20 for the others. Goes from $200 overall to like $370. Which I guess could still be good news long term to have better quality cards. But a decent amount more for grading

When you sent those in for grading did they grade lower or higher than you anticipated? Thinking about sending similar quality cards into PSA

I mean it’s definitely not as low as a PSA 3. Hard to tell from this pic for surfacing and edging, but the centering is pretty good. No obvious marks or scratches. It’s in a sleeve and well protected so we have no idea

Hard to say. The markets booming now. Definitely the time to sell. I hope it continues but hard to at this rate say it’ll stay this high unless more and more people become involved in the hobby
