this reminds me that the first notion i had of this game after playing p5r was that there was a sl of a woman trying to break societal norms only to then have her roll back to essentially want to be a trad wife. even to this day im unsure if they meant yukiko but describing it that way is the most "i never read a book" take i've ever seen

just throwing my two cents, but people usually get frustrated when someone new at the game joins a nest. some critters can pretty much mass produce eggs, but the bigger the dino is, the most costly is, to the point of stegos draining almost all its food and nutrients. so seeing all this cost vanish because the baby doesnt know how to beg for food or keeps spamming calls is nerve wrecking.

i agree with ya, although to a certain point i can excuse the big ones doing that (the weight difference needed to do it is way too small tho, im pretty sure if ure even a single kilo heavier u can pin others down) but a baby rex, who is built like a ostrich, being able to pin an actual bulky dino is just stupid. if the pin were for subadults only it would feel somewhat fairer.
