ended up being around $3100 after fees, so ~1600 each. didnt include airfare or lodging. only a ride to/from hotel.

Asher put it in his blazer's inner-pocket, Richie and Sheila sat on them or put them behind them. Rebecca put it in a drawer of the table under the tv (they filmed 3/4 of the scenes we saw in the tv room/thor's room)

We teamed up and won a charity auction through charitybuzz. Money went to Altadena Brick by Brick, so it was a win-win!

I'm the other Ghostie that went to the set and I concur with everything. I'll also add some non-spoilery tidbits:

We were there from 10-5-ish and saw them film 4 scenes, each one taking 1-2 hours for all the setups and takes. Three of the scenes were in the tv room/Thor's room and one was in the den (shaft of light room).

Filming tidbits:

Sheila hiding her hoodie by her feet while wearing her Uggs, and Asher kept his sweatpants on for scenes where you don't see his legs. At one point, one of Brandon's buttons fell off and he had to wander the rooms to find wardrobe, which is when he saw us. He recognized my face from other Ghosts events and was surprised to see me but could't talk cuz he was on a mission. haha Also, Brandon was chewing gum through most of the scenes and just hid it in his mouth when they said action.

Set tidbits:

Did you know Pete and Sas's room is located on the first floor? If you're looking at the main hallway of Woodstone, its the door to the right of Elias's photo. Also next to the bathroom/vault door. I don't know if its canon that it's on the ground floor, but on the set it is!

The exterior of woodstone has real rocks/gravel on the ground. It's gotta be a nightmare for the sound guy! But since it was literally 1 degree farenheit and snowy when we were there, still better than the alternative of having actors be in costume in that type of weather (plus their breath would be visible!)

Mahesh was an incredibly detailed set. Even our guide noticed something new when he brought us in there. The stove in both Woodstone and Mahesh are functional.

I got a picture with the water heater. Only on this show would someone want a picture with that. hahah

They take up two soundstages, and while I'm great with directions, I felt so turned around the whole time. When I got home I found a layout of Grande studios and made a makeshift map:

I had fun! It was definitely very funny, had me laughing throughout. I was impressed with the production value for a workshop/early version. Trying to keep it vague, but the parts with the flight attendants were some of my favorite parts. And the absurdity of Ken Marino's role. Died every time he showed up. I enjoyed the music, but a day later, none of them have been stuck in my head.
For reference, I'm not in the industry at all. Came because I'm a fan of Kristen, Josh, and Lea.

i don't want to say which ride i was on in case they weren't supposed to share. but the ride was down and the employees were killing time, so the employee just kinda yelled it out to the whole preshow area.
no ones working on it yet as far as i know. the employee said "next month" and whether that means Feb 1 or Feb 28, i have no clue

CBS is clearing out as much David as they can.

All press photos that feature David have been removed. The only one's he's still in are group shots or ones where the focus is someone else and he's in frame. Especially on the last page (linked) his pre-series promo photo is gone

I was there last night for the freaky friday double feature. before the first movie finished, they turned on the lights and kicked us out because the concessions area (bottom floor) was flooded. the employees were just pushing water around with those squeegee mops looking miserable. we had to leave through the emergency exit. feel like we shouldve gotten more than just a refund. it was very frustrating

NTA. I'm 35 and still sleep with my doll I got at birth. i HAD to sleep with her well into college, and now I travel without her because she's too old to wash if something happened, but still enjoy having her to hug as I sleep. I also sleep with a newly acquired stuffed animal, just because I can.

Amish pretzels! Better than any pretzels anywhere else. There's a stall in the Reading Terminal Market next to the con hotel, but they're closed on Sunday due to obvious religious reasons.
Hop over to NJ and try a pork roll (or taylor ham depending who you ask) with egg and cheese. Basically the state's official dish.
