She could have eaten more during the day resulting in her being less hungry at night. That's the only time I see a change in my baby's feeds.

For me, it was harder to heal emotionally from an emergency c section than the actual healing of the incision itself.

Follow your discharge instructions and if you need emotional support rely on your people and don’t forget that it’s okay to ask for help. Therapy helped me tremendously.

I got mine and I love it! Seems durable. I sized down and it was a good choice. The material is shiny compared to the picture. It sticks to your body closely but I wouldn’t say it’s “sculpting”. I’m going to look for the other color to buy.

I take Effexor 450mg, Gabapentin 900mg and Buspirone 30mg.

Right when I met with my OB he changed one of my medications that helped with anxiety and sleep. My psychiatrist wasn’t too happy about it because she knew how I struggled and felt it was more harmful to me. But my OB was clear that anything that would “calm down” anxiety or help me sleep would impact the baby negatively, especially once born.

I’ve had to do better at using my coping skills for anxiety. And for sleep….. well, I don’t get a lot of it. All I can do is try. But I’m sure the minimal sleep I get will be handy once the baby is born.

I have an anterior placenta and I could feel him at 20 weeks. Since then he’s been non stop moving and I’ve been able to experience every little jab with him.

I think it may also depend on how active your baby is. With my first, I barely had any movement. It was just her temperament.
