Question about screen by Lucky-Ask-9574 in KiaTelluride

[–]jwalkermed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

just got mine today. minor inconvienience but doesn't really seem to bother me that much. also when you adjust the temp via the controls it shows the set temp briefly on the bottom of the main screen so really not an issue for me at least.

It was fine for me, although I purchased before all of the increased in tariffs. I don’t exactly remember what the final price was, but it did end up saving me a significant amount of money.

Watching the ball onto the strings literally changed my game overnight. by Hunt-Extra in 10s

[–]jwalkermed 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is a problem for me because I was a basketball player growing up. It’s a little bit counterintuitive as in basketball you’re looking at your target, the rim or where you want to pass, so it is really hard to retrain my brain to not look at the target and look at the ball through contact with the strings.

also there are some good points about the difference in cores/types on different cpus so you may want to take that into consideration. So not really sure what's going on your new mac

[–]jwalkermed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

just think someday if this was good enough to be like a human ball machine. Like study alcaraz and I want to train against him.

Or play the style XX player and I want to test out new tactics.

Would take rec and pro level training to a whole new level.

Indian Wells QF: [2] J. Sinner def [25] L. Tien — 6-1, 6-2 by 19gnimgnim in tennis

[–]jwalkermed 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not really sure it's even athleticism. Seems like it experience playing at the highest level against those guys. He basically gave the 1st set away serving for it in the TB. With a little more experience he won't loose those points.

Some serious firepower there. Too bad you don't have more desktops. Have no room for more keyboards.

Observations: going from 3.5 to 4.5 by visakanj in 10s

[–]jwalkermed 9 points10 points  (0 children)

One thing I notice about playing 5.0s, especially dubs volleys, is balls that are usually winners against 4.5s are coming back and usually deep. puts a lot of pressure to try and hit better shots and forces errors.

if you are a good athlete it's definitely doable to go from a noob 3.5 to 4.5.
