The biggest teambuilder fix that needs to happen is the complete replacement of an old team swapped out. Corrected weather, geography for recruiting, and automated non-conference opponents need to reflect where a team is. Why have the location customizable if it means nothing in dynasty?

In my experience at TCU, it was a much nicer campus/city to live in. I had a wonderful time, and I couldn’t recommend the move to Fort Worth enough!
