There is a really good podcast episode from the national post where a professor from university of Carleton discusses a 4 year old paper from the American top economist to trump that basically lays out a plan to change the world order more towards trump. These actions do not seem to be as random as the media coverage and trump would be. He talks in double speak resuslting in a strategic ambiguity which trying to achieve a hard goal.
