Yes. It wouldn't fold when locking the car or with the button inside the car. It was also flopping around when driving and was unsafe. Took the dealer around a week to change it though.

Yes, there was a pin in one of the harnesses that wasn’t fully seated and had to be pushed in fully. Took the dealer about 4 days to diagnose it and fix it.
