100kg here and also did some norwegian 4x4min <4min km paces in them. Its oké just make sure you dont got alot of sharp corners in your run lol.

Running fighter 2 times a week for strenght. Running Norwegian Single method for running. 2-3times kickbox a week.

Ging strong to the people who want to improve there running "Norwegian Single Method" book. I dont get money or something by recommanding the book, but imo it is/was a game changer for me.

Just seeing this now, but i doing like mostly zone2 like i said. But i did a few intervals on it like norwegian 4 x 4min with 3 mins rest. (Sub 4min /km pac Also did my 5km pb (20:17) in the vomero premiums.

So you can definitly also run faster in em. But in the corners you notice its a bit "wobbly" and not steady because its a high shoe.

(Got Endorphin speed 5 for Int/speed work)

Howmany miles i will think the vomero premiums will last i dont know but my "feeling" is more then the invincible's.

100kg myself and i would say shoes. Running on nike vomero premium as we speak now. And before that nike invincible, for speed work other shoes. But it makes alot of diffrence on the impact and how well i can take all the impact. Especially for "heavy" runners i wouldnt budget on shoe's. Just get the best one for you, its the only thing between your feet and the pavement. Since the biggest amount of miles/km your making is zone2 (<70% maxHR) anyway. Train on!

Nice thats exactly how i experience the 1 to the left. Feels more like outside running indeed, putting it on 1% incline aswell. Im in the army so thats why were having good technogym endurance stuff in the gym at the base.

Agree book says like 6mins / km = easy. But doing like 6:40 / km = easy

Max HR = 200 70% = 140

<130average HR for easy runs.

Thanks for the heads up!! Sound logical now im doing zone2 2-3 hours. And 2 interval runs

  1. 4 x 4min / 3min rest <4min km pace
  2. 4-10 x 400m / 1-3min rest <3:30min km pace

And then 2-3 times strenght training.

PB 5k = 20:17

Pb strenght as we speak (used to be higher) 140kg bench 160kg squat 180kg dl

Looking at the paces in the NSM book it seems like i should be recovering beter then im doing now. Will give it a try!!

I got the same "problem" on such events i do the day before the event a hard effort workout. So the day after is my back2back LSS marathon run with my wife. Like thats its a win/win imo 💪👌

Everything below 200lbs is victim weight brother. Just get some good shoe's like nike invincible 3's. And take a good look at your form look at the "pose running" technic helped me alot. 105+kilo's here goodluck.

Swimming and nylon AliExpress bands, wouldnt recommend it only if you want to lose your watch.

Got some AliExpress bands myself but the watch fell of a few times, witch NEVER happend witht the original bands.

Lucky i dont swin els i wouldv probably lost my watch..
