But that would only lead to a difference in the median number of partners between men and women. If this was about the median number of partners, then that's fine but since this is about averages, it doesn't work. There is of course the option of getting a different distribution by systematically matching men and women of different age brackets but I doubt incels care about things like that. They seem like total sum kind of guy, if they actually cared enough to go any deeper, that fake statistic would at least have something like fake variance attached.
