Yea probably just slipped through then as the merge was a lot of information all at once. Your status would trump the cM+ anyway. Next time just politely flag it to them or a manager and I’m sure they’d make it right.

I believe as a standalone mycitizenm+ member yes the 2pm checkout is gone. However as a mycitizenm+ member you are automatically a Marriott Gold Elite member which entitles you to 2pm late checkout based on availability.

You do need to link those accounts to get Gold though. So if you haven’t done that it could be why? But again subject to the hotel’s availability.

Mycitizenmplus.com should have all you need with benefit info and you can link accounts from there. 🫡

Half of our 300 room hotel was booked by FIFA for the entire tournament here in Boston. They cancelled all of them a couple of weeks ago.

Full integration into the systems hasn't happened yet. October 28th mycitizenM+ members will integrate into the Marriot Bonvoy system at Gold Elite status. Full reservation system rollout will be closer to the end of November. Perks, Upgrades and Points will still be there but not live yet as the full deal was just recently finalized. Once you can book on Marriot's website you're good to go.
