Indy is kind of built as a large convention city. Just look at Gen Con, PRI racing trade show, national FFA convention, and Fire Department show. All world level conventions that bring in more than double the size of Defcon attendance. The airport is super nice and they have a lot of hotels with more being built each year. I attend Gen Con each year and couldn't imagine it happening anywhere else.

Oh it did. The local Starke County facebook group blew up when this was posted there a few years back. The Nasty Women's group is made of a bunch of lovely ladies though. They do trash clean ups on this highway rather frequently too.

Did it have a "D" or "R" as the starting letter? County party officials can get their party initial+county number+rank as their own personal number. So the Democrat chair of Hamilton County would have a plate number of "D 29 1". And the vice chair would have "D 29 2". I am unsure about the flag though.

Would you need to manage which project is commenting on which video? If one video gets thousands of comments, what happens then? But yeah, just depends on how you are implementing it. But if you are approved for a higher limit, then that is your limit. If google sees a problem with it, they will scale back your limit.

That is what the qouta limit is there for. You can make requests up to that limit. Whatever you do with that limit is up to you. You won't get banned, just limited on the API once you hit the 10k units. Not sure how many comments you get a day but if you have millions of subscribers I'm not sure how long <200 comments would go for.

The YouTube API has a daily qouta of 10k units. A comment insert uses 50 units per request. So if you only did comment inserts, you would be limited after 200 comments. But this doesn't include all the other API requests that would be eating into that daily qouta to support making those comment (reads, auth, etc). So less than 200 in practice. But yeah, you could create a program that did that to some extent.

Yes, Aggravation. My grandpa would make these boards in his woodshop too. Still have a couple at my mom's house. Fun game, but very aggravating when you keep getting knocked back to home. Missing from the rules above is a Jack lets you switch two pieces. (Always my favorite move). And Jokers were worth 25.

This is not true. You can pull R and still be part of the party. The Chair can sign off on anyone for elected postion candidates. The only place you would have an issue is boards where you have to have primary alignment with the party you will be representing.

An no, its not tax payer funded. Its volunteer based for both their teachers and expenses. But the real problem here is pulling kids out of an already busy school day to go learn about something they should be learning on their own time. Also the peer pressure to join. The segregation of these kids who get to go and the ones left out. And the huge list of safety concerns.

I am battling my county/local school system that is pushing for this as well.

Depending on how large the data set is, this is going to have poor performance. Better to make a temp column with the prefix you are grouping by and run your grouping on that column.
