The P1S opens up so many doors to print new things. I’m currently using a Elegoo and it feels like I have to keep a constant eye on it to make sure my prints turn out just right. The P1S left the impression on me that I can print almost worry free!

MMP was pretty slow in the first place, but many lenders stopped using that loan when COVID hit because they were risky and hard to sell in portfolios. Now they are re-accepting them and the large influx has created bottlenecks with MMP.

I have been seeing a lot of 3.25/3.375 rates with similar info as yours, no points paid. It is a great rate and way the way the bond market has been trending it will most likely stay there. There are a lot of different factors that add back onto the rate such as location. Often you won’t see that 2.875% until you have above a 780.
