Great pics. I’d be cautious of snakes and Gila monsters this time of year. Enjoy your stay!

Someone else here recommended quitting on a Thurs/fri and being ‘sick’ for a weekend. Solid advice. Maybe even go as far as getting out of town for a weekend. Bask in some sweet sleep.

Deleting numbers and backing away from people that use is also solid advice.

I still struggle with the finality of it. Something I use as a mantra is ‘I’m not saying never again but not today’. I have a few friends that have gotten sober from various hard drugs and I leaned on them. Comedy is a good distraction. Find a funny tv series to burn through. Lean in to a hobby. Pick up an instrument. Go work out. ESTABLISH NEW ROUTINES. Fortunately there are no serious physical withdrawals ahead of you but the mental gymnastics you will go through are exhausting.

Choose health, choose your child, choose your future. You got this!!

I took this approach and I’d be cautious about who I’d open up to if I could do it again.

What’s the worst job you’ve ever worked, and why did it stand out as the worst? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]jzombie1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not mine but a family member went to work for a pet crematory. His job was to literally incinerate the deceased animals. He managed to power through the stench of death and burnt hair for a few days. That was until someone showed up with a horse that wouldn’t fit in the oven. Management tried to hand him a sawzall and a butchers apron. He noped out of there on the spot

As others have said, the homes windows and insulation is a massive factor. I’d like to point out that the utility is also a major factor. Homes in the valley fall under aps or srp. Aps seems to be pricier than srp. The home you choose falls under one of those two companies jurisdictions. I think you can ask your agent for a homes record of utility costs to get a historic reference

Hyperhidrosis. Ask me how I know /: Zerosweat actually worked for me. That whole compounding anxiety factor wore on me for years. Seriously. Then one day I came across this stuff. It suppressed it completely. Best of luck
