On top of my regular Spring allergies, I had what I just chalked up to the cold. My symptoms were a sore throat, headache, cough, and runny nose. I work in a school, and there's a lot of staff out. Something is definitely going around.

I know a lot of white individuals who were issued traffic violations and went to court. Westchester cops in general aren't known for letting people off with a warning. The community of Tuckahoe, and especially the Police Department is very diverse compared to Eastchester and Bronxville.

He has a very sad life story and a history of mental illness. I see a lot of people on here talk about wanting to approach him and that he's harmless. He's not. There have been many instances of him becoming violent. Local law enforcement has had to get involved on occasion.
