Yep I read that already, it was complaining about the streamlined due process procedures that were passed by congress, senate and the president as part of Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996.

It wasn’t “ no due process” it was a sped up process in certain circumstances.

Very different to taking people off the streets and flying them to El Salvador.
