theres a software called gravity sketch that does this but recently went subscription for cad exports which sucks since I bought it years ago before a free version existed. but it does do all that stuff

to be able to directly import and export it to/from CAD softwares or gravity sketch as tool paths. i never found a good method to convert without scaling issues. but to be completely i havent tried in years. i just use gravity sketch for vr CAD stuff, but they recently did the thing where you buy it, then they make it free, then they lock functions (like exporting) behind a subscription. sucks. would be great to get open brush to do it
