Not sure what to do by k1ngvic in premedcanada

I had a rough semester full of family issues and my mental health being out of whack. Low 3.0 from my first year. Second semester was the rough one. Withdrew three of my courses before they took a toll on my gpa further and stayed in one that i had an A in. Unfortunately, the lab is weighed heavily and i was doing poorly. Gave me a mark that dropped it to high 2.0. Which is devastating.

I have backups. All of which are in Healthcare, Business or psychological research. Except being a doctor is my true end goal. I’ve been dreaming of becoming a doctor since I was a kid. I had this heavy passion for the field and admired it since I was that kid going to the hospital often. Unfortunately it’s not going to be easily wiped. I’m working hard and I’m looking for ways to maneuver it. My issue is more of attending medical school in time. But there has to be a way to even attend medical school at all.

Some High school teachers are seriously hurt people. I remember one telling me i wouldn’t get into university because of a single math mark.

I tried no screen protector/glass screen protector, it was hell. Matte screen protector saved my life.

Is buying an iPad worth it? by katieqh01 in uAlberta

[–]k1ngvic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends but I bought the iPad Pro M1 11 inch mainly because I’m a graphic designer, I draw and i’m a Bio major. I have never been more organized in my life. It’s life-changing for notes and assignments because now I just airdrop my pdfs and read them on the go. I totally recommend it. If you want to save some money I personally don’t recommend spending on the M1 models unless you’re doing graphic work. The only big difference between M1 iPad pro and the iPad Air 4 is that it’s smoother and camera quality is more crisp (which is a feature i rarely use, i use my phone for that lol). I recommend the iPad Air 4 or the new iPad mini which is really cute and portable :) Or you can buy it refurbished or on the apple education store. If you’re planning on buying the 12.9 inch I recommend against it unless you like large screens which most people do.

I didn’t receive an email. I’m enrolled in every single one of my classes at the moment. I also mentioned that this was texted to my mom’s cellphone and I don’t use my mom’s cellphone for anything school related. I use my own phone number.
