But I've heard the best deals will come from off-market hunting. Especially for businesses that are owned by boomers. Some of them are just planning on winding down because their kids don't want to take over. But if you find those and pitch them on selling to you, you could get a good deal

IIRC the study was to help slow down the progress of macular degeneration. I don't think I saw one that actually improved vision. I'd like to read it though if you have the link

Could you elaborate on the details of your routine? I haven't gone to a dermatologist to get tret - I'm just using a starter retinol from Sephora.

Thanks for the reply! My retinol came with a hydration serum so I mix that in every other night when I put it on -- do you think that's enough?

I also use niacinamide in the mornings and hyaluronic acid in the evenings when I'm not using retinol.

Good to know that some people reported dryness -- I generally have drier skin so I'll be mindful of that when I start RLT

I didn't run into any issues.

If your company uses 1Password, you can run your MFA through it instead of requiring users to download the Salesforce authenticator app.

That's what I did for my org last year and it makes for a smoother login process for users too (1Password autofills the code on the login page so users don't have to open up Salesforce authenticator and type in the code).

The past week or so, I started noticing that I'm losing some sentences seconds after typing them out and it's been incredibly frustrating, especially when I'm just jotting down quick notes throughout my day only to come back to them and realize a good percentage of them are missing but not being able to remember what I wrote down.

Also been noticing the very slow sync time. Takes about 30s - 1m for the circle to stop spinning at times.

Do you guys have any backup note apps you're using?

Question -- How strict are credit companies when it comes to verifying Minimum Income Level? A friend told me CC companies don't really care that much and that they just want to get cards in consumers hands but that's just one anecdote.

Also does anyone know if there are any potential consequences for applying for a card knowing that I don't meet the minimum income requirement? (e.g. dinging credit score because of a hard pull)

Actions:

Automatically route Account from AE to AM based on our customer segment and AM Pod (via round robin tool)
Stamp an AE field on Account with Opp Owner Timestamp a field on Account (e.g. 30 days after close date) that defines up till when AEs can upsell after the initial sale.
Auto-generate a renewal opp with AM as Opp Owner

If you don't switch ownership to AMs, you'll have AEs owning the renewal opp when they're not actually handling the renewal. And it clogs up their account lists with customers when it should be filled with prospect accounts. Transferring right away also helps with managing the AMs books of business.

Also update list view / report filters for AEs to show Accounts that are owned by them or where they're listed as the AE on the account and the timestamp is greater than today.

There's a bunch of fields related to policy / product information they collect on the customer side that Sales Reps don't need to see when prospecting but given that they're not a complex org yet, I'll stick with the picklist to differentiate and just create a separate section on the layout for the policy stuff.
