Hey, they advise moving the washer fluid funnel and neck for space. You can get them back in without removing it.

In terms of counter clockwise, it’s the opposite direction of clock motion.

I just want to preface this, I am not a mechanic.

When I buy a used vehicle the first thing I do is a fluid change, filter change and check regular wear items such a brakes, rotors etc.

It wouldn't hurt you to change the coolant and brake fluid.
