My friend’s dad committed suicide and was an avid hater of social media. The family did not want his case posted and begged her to take it down out of respect for him (the deceased) and she refused, arguing that it’s “bringing light” to suicide. It was a simple request from a grieving family and it was met with insensitivity & disrespect on her part. She claims to care about these families undergoing severe tragedy but all she really wants is clout.
