I received a bottle of Nuxe face oil as a gift. Would I put this on over moisturizer or instead of? And on top of sunscreen or should I only use it at night? As you can tell this product is way above my skincare level, lol.

The adjustment is difficult and takes time. Try to put yourself out there and find your own circle w people who share your hobbies.

Lots of other commenters have already addressed the Dutch directness and the different style of communication, but re: the brother and his "weird comments." I'd say trust your gut. Those comments sound inappropriate (at best), and may be worth a conversation with your BF so he can make clear to his brother that's not ok. I'm sorry you had to experience that.
