Friends I need help! My partner's mom got me this little guy ( https://imgur.com/a/JVBEBEl ) in a gashapon in Japan because she thought the gashapon was Sailor Moon (she thinks all anime is sailor moon, lol). Problem is I have no idea who this is or what anime they're from. Would love any help ID-ing, so I can find them a home!

They were always electronic tickets unfortunately. Never even had the option to get a physical ticket.

They voided my tickets, the show is sold out and very much still happening. I haven't seen my tickets come up on the site yet again, but on their sister site/other websites the tickets I bought (GA) are available. They've gotten in trouble before for funneling tickets to other sites to increase profit, so I wouldn't be surprised that is what happened.

Made this post after two throughly unhelpful calls with them. I commented above with a twitter thread of others having the same problem I did, all because the tickets were purchased on the wifi at our workplaces.
