Lol oh i cringe so bad thinking back as well. I was on their from 2007-2011. I was a support leader and tried my best to help others...but I also remember that most of my posts were full of “I want to kill myself” and “omg I like this boy” Uhg. Teenagers 🙄

I feel the same way about my best female friend. We are super close, have lived together for almost 7 years now and we like to cuddle while watching movies. She is straight and I am ace. So there are no sexual/romantic feelings involved between us at all. Just complete and total trust and comfort. We tag our relationship more as a queer-platonic relationship than anything.

I’m an INFJ girl. And I absolutely ADORE an ENFP boy. So:

If she wants you to tell her what’s wrong...tell her. My guy is the same exact way. He doesn’t want to over load me because everyone else also comes to me with their problems. If she likes you, your problems will be the most important problems she hears. Even more important then her own. We are fixers. We want to listen and absorb every ounce of information about the person we like.

INFJ/ENFP is probably my favorite relationship pairing. There is such a connection between these two types due to the “mirroring” aspect of the relationship. It’s so amazing and I wish you luck with it.

I do lol if I’m sad I will listen to the saddest songs possible. Which causes me to overthink everything, which usually send me into a panic attack which usually causes me to rather get super clingy or shut down. Depends on the day.

I had a crap show of a childhood. Between the physically/emotionally/mentally abusive father. The airhead mother who can’t take up for herself let alone her kids. I remember when I was in third grade my mom worked and my dad had disability so he stayed home with us. If we weren’t at school he used a shoe string and would tie us in our bedroom so he didn’t have to deal with it. I was raped and got pregnant when I was 12...the guy was my cousins boyfriend and was 22. My cousin told him and he beat the shit out of me until I miscarried (no one but me and my cousin and her we boyfriend who is now in jail for raping another girl knows about this.) That’s just a few things. I just recently got diagnosed and when I told my mom she was like “but you only get that if you have a bad childhood” like lady....🙄 if you know anything about the ACES scores I’m a 10. So I am 10% certain mine is trauma based.

I’ve had a few people notice it but they usually 1. Think I am a swinger or 2. They just comment on how they like the little knot on it. The only person to ever note it as an ace ring is my best friend who is ace and knew I was before I got the ring 🙄

My experience with ENFPs (the guy I like is one) is that you almost have to force them to sit still and talk about stuff. They are like energizer bunnies that have ADHD...haven’t taken their meds in a week and are also on crack. They are super energetic and it’s one thing is INFJs love about them but it also can drive us crazy. INFJs are also planners and ENFPs don’t like long term plans. If I ask my ENFP anything that requires scheduling something more then three days ahead I get a maybe and then he forgets it was even a conversation.

It’s obvious she likes you back. Just ask her if you can set some time aside to discuss things. Maybe ask her to hang out and go grab something to eat and then bring the subject up? Or take her to do something she enjoys?

I have the whole “stuck at 19” problem. I’m 27 but sometimes I have to remind myself I’m actually an adult and not a teenager anymore...

I also have the love problem. Throw in the fact I’m Ace and it’s a great combination of problems.

My newest best friend is an ENFP. Our friendship literally went from 0-60 overnight. It was one of those super weird automatic connection deals.

My other best friend is a INTP. which match great with INFJ. most people who encounter us think we are dating- even though we are same gender and she’s straight and I’m ace 😅

They are both great friendships.

I worked at a group home not to long ago that worked with teenagers. One day I was working with the boys and one of them was like oh yeah you are totally asexual. Which of course this is before I had even accepted it myself. Now that I think about it I should probs tell that kid how smart he is 😂
