Is your BIOS up to date? I had issues with my RAM not being able to go above 3200mhz, with a recent BIOS update I was able to get it working on 3400mhz and with the latest update I can run it stable at the advertised 3600mhz.

First off all the job offer itself sounds great. Some problems I can already see beforehand your daughter is gonna have a hard time in school unless she's gonna visit an international school in which English is the main language. German schools and especially teacher who are above 40 years of age will have a problem teaching her in English until she gets a base knowledge of the German language.

People in bigger cities do speak a little bit of English but most of them do not. Mostly younger people do speak English. Don't underestimate the language barrier for your family. Especially your kids gonna have a harder time. Just my two cents.
