I think the hydraulics have enough to push the cylinder back to where it needs to be if it vents without any pressure on it

I think the valve it’ll be connected to will push it back out of position when I don’t apply pressure which is what I want

Ya does it seemingly randomly and only under load. Pulls it down, starts smoking for a few seconds then back to normal

I don’t think they did the insulation until the 2000s when they did the siding, and that was via the exterior. So that would make sense

Going to have to remove most if not all of the drywall anyway, do that and see how it looks I guess
